Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $60
  • Orders will be shipped same day or in one to two days, unless stated otherwise.
  • You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number.
  • Tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for lost/stolen scanned packages

Returns

We will happily accept returns on new/unworn clothing within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order

  • Again, all returned items must be new and unworn with tags still attached.
  • If any returns do not meet this guideline, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
  • Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Damages to items must be reported with in 3 days of receiving the items by emailing MarynelFernandesa@gmail.com with pictures and description of the damage, plus invoice.
  • We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We highly suggest using a tractable label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
